How do I reach Kedarnath?
Kedarnath is reached via Gaurikund by a trek (or pony/palki/helicopter), after travelling by road from Haridwar/Rishikesh to Sonprayag and Gaurikund. We arrange the road transfer, registration and trek support end to end.
Is the Kedarnath trek difficult?
The trek is roughly 16 km one way and rated moderate — manageable for most fit travellers with a steady pace, though senior citizens or those with health concerns should plan for pony, palki or helicopter options.
What is the best time for the Yatra?
May–June and September–October are generally considered the best months, with pleasant weather and clearer trekking conditions. The monsoon (July–August) carries landslide risk and isn't recommended.
Can senior citizens do the Yatra?
Yes — with a doctor's fitness clearance. We help arrange pony, palki or helicopter options so senior citizens can comfortably complete the pilgrimage.
Is registration mandatory?
Yes, biometric registration is mandatory for the Char Dham Yatra as per Uttarakhand Government guidelines. Our packages include assistance with the registration process.
