It includes hotels in Joshimath and Badrinath, breakfast and dinner, yatra registration, and Mana village and Panch Prayag sightseeing. Batches leave every weekend from 15 May 2027 to 26 Jun 2027.

Dates are the Saturday start from Haridwar/Rishikesh. The Delhi bus leaves the Friday night before.

The driver calls Rishikesh yatris with the exact pickup time once the Haridwar pickup is done. Please be at the pickup point on time, because the day's drive to Joshimath is long.
Badrinath Tour Itinerary (3 Days / 2 Nights)
- Day 0 (Friday, Delhi yatris only): Delhi to Haridwar by overnight AC bus
Board the AC semi-sleeper or sleeper bus at ISBT Kashmiri Gate between 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM. The bus reaches Haridwar early on Saturday morning (about 220 km), in time to join the group.
- Day 1 (Saturday): Haridwar / Rishikesh to Joshimath
Pickup: Haridwar Railway Station at 5:00 AM | Tapovan, Rishikesh at about 6:00 - 7:00 AM | Distance: about 270 km | Drive: 10 - 11 hours | Stay: Bhagirathi Palace, Joshimath
We drive along the Ganga and Alaknanda past Devprayag (where the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda meet to form the Ganga), Rudraprayag and the Dhari Devi Temple, then via Karnaprayag and Nandaprayag to Joshimath, the winter home of Lord Badrinath (Narsingh Temple). Dinner and overnight stay at Bhagirathi Palace, Joshimath.
- Day 2 (Sunday): Joshimath to Badrinath, darshan and Mana village
Distance: about 43 km | Drive: 1.5 - 2 hours | Route: Joshimath, Vishnuprayag, Govindghat, Badrinath | Stay: Mritunjay Palace, Badrinath
After breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Take a holy dip in the hot spring of Tapt Kund and go for darshan at Badrinath Temple. After darshan, visit Mana village, about 3 km away, with Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa and Bheem Pul over the Saraswati river. Dinner and overnight stay at Mritunjay Palace, Badrinath.
- Day 3 (Monday): Badrinath to Rishikesh / Haridwar
Distance: about 315 km to Haridwar (about 290 km to Rishikesh) | Drive: 10 - 11 hours | Start: 7:00 AM | Drop: Rishikesh / Haridwar by evening
After an early breakfast, drive back through all five Prayags: Vishnuprayag, Nandaprayag, Karnaprayag, Rudraprayag and Devprayag. Drop at Rishikesh and Haridwar in the evening. Delhi yatris board the overnight AC bus and reach Delhi on Tuesday morning.

Badrinath Tour Package from Delhi
From Delhi, you travel by AC bus from ISBT Kashmiri Gate every Friday night (11:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and join the group at Haridwar on Saturday morning. You are back in Delhi on Tuesday morning, so the whole yatra needs only one working day off (Monday) plus the weekend.

If you only have a long weekend, the Badrinath package is the quickest way to the Dham. If you want Kedarnath too, choose Do Dham; for all four Dhams, Char Dham.

Badrinath 2027 Opening Date & Best Time to Visit
The 2027 opening date of Badrinath Dham is announced on Basant Panchami in early 2027, and the temple usually opens in late April or early May. It closes for winter in November; the closing date is announced on Vijayadashami. Our 2027 batches run from 15 May 2027 to 26 Jun 2027. Why May and June? The weather is pleasant before the monsoon, the roads are open and the views of the Neelkanth peak are clear. Expect days of about 10°C to 18°C and nights of 2°C to 8°C at Badrinath, so carry warm layers. From July to mid-September the monsoon brings landslides on the highway. VIP Darshan & Special Puja
VIP darshan and special pujas (such as Maha Abhishek, Aarti and Geeta Path) are booked through the Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee, online at badrinath-kedarnath.gov.in or at the official counters. Places Covered on the Badrinath Yatra
Badrinath Temple: the shrine of Lord Badri Narayan (Vishnu) at about 3,133 m (10,279 ft), one of the Char Dham.
Panch Prayag: the five sacred confluences on the Alaknanda: Vishnuprayag, Nandaprayag, Karnaprayag, Rudraprayag and Devprayag.
Dhari Devi Temple: the temple of Maa Dhari Devi, guardian goddess of Uttarakhand, on the Alaknanda near Srinagar.
Narsingh Temple, Joshimath: the winter seat of Lord Badrinath.
Mana Village: about 3 km from Badrinath, known as the first village of India near the Indo-Tibet border.
Bheem Pul: a natural rock bridge over the Saraswati river in Mana, said to have been placed by Bhima.
Vyas Gufa & Ganesh Gufa: the caves where, by tradition, Maharishi Vyas composed the Mahabharata and Lord Ganesh wrote it down.
Tapt Kund: the hot spring below the temple where yatris bathe before darshan.

How many days do I need for Badrinath from Delhi?
Plan for 4 nights away from home: the Friday night bus from Delhi, 3 days on the yatra from Saturday to Monday, and the overnight bus back to Delhi on Monday night.
Is the Badrinath package suitable for senior citizens?
Yes. Badrinath has no trek. The road goes up to Badrinath town, and the temple is a short walk of about 300 metres from the parking. The long road days (10 to 11 hours on Day 1 and Day 3) are the tiring part, so tell us in advance if anyone needs extra help or a front seat.
Do I need registration for Badrinath? Do you arrange it?
Yes, every yatri needs Char Dham yatra registration to visit Badrinath. It is included in our package and our team arranges it. Carry a valid photo ID such as Aadhaar, and the same ID you gave us for the registration.
Where do we stay?
Night 1 is at Bhagirathi Palace in Joshimath and night 2 at Mritunjay Palace in Badrinath, on quad sharing as standard. You can upgrade per person: Quad (included), Triple +₹1,100, Double +₹1,600, Single +₹5,000, + 5% GST.
Can I add Kedarnath or the Valley of Flowers?
Yes. For Kedarnath and Badrinath together, book our Do Dham Yatra package. For the Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib, see our Valley of Flowers trek, which runs from June. Message us on WhatsApp if you want a custom plan.
Is helicopter service available for Badrinath?
Badrinath does not need a helicopter because the road goes all the way to the temple town, so it is not part of this package. If you combine Badrinath with Kedarnath on a Do Dham Yatra, helicopter options for the Kedarnath leg can be arranged separately.
How do I pay? Is a 25% advance enough to confirm?
Yes. Pay a 25% advance online to confirm your seat; the remaining balance is paid as shown in your booking confirmation. You can also pay the full amount at booking.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
If you paid in full: 100% refund 15 or more days before the batch, 93% at 7-14 days, 70% at 4-6 days, none in the last 3 days. If you paid the 25% advance: 100% refund 15 or more days before, 75% at 7-14 days, none after that. You can also reschedule up to 3 days before departure.
What happens if a landslide blocks the road?
Landslides can stop the road for a few hours, especially after rain. Our team waits it out or reroutes and keeps you informed. If the yatra is extended because of weather, we cover the vehicle charges for the extra days; extra hotel nights and meals are paid by the yatri.
