At Manchala Mushafir, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to provide clear and fair refund policies. Please review our refund policy below to understand the conditions under which refunds will be provided.
1.1 Full Payment Refunds:
• 100% refund is available if you cancel your trip at least 15 days before the starting date of the trip.
• 93% refund is available if you cancel your trip between 15 days and 7 days before the starting date of the trip.
• 70% refund is available if you cancel your trip between 7 days and 4 days before the starting date of the trip.
• No refund will be provided thereafter (i.e 3 days to 0 days of the trip).
1.2 Partial Payment Refunds:
• 100% refund is available if you cancel your trip at least 15 days before the starting date of the trip.
• 75% refund is available if you cancel your trip between 15 days and 7 days before the starting date of the trip.
• No refund will be provided thereafter (i.e 6 days to 0 days of the trip).
2.1. Submit your request online: Cancellation requests are handled entirely through our website - go to the Trip Cancellation page and look up your booking using your Booking ID, registered phone number, and email address.
2.2. Verify with OTP: Once your booking is found, you will see the applicable refund calculated automatically as per the policy below. To confirm, a one-time password (OTP) is sent to your registered email - enter it to submit your cancellation request.
2.3. Review and approval: Your request is then reviewed by our team. Once approved, the refund is initiated automatically to your original payment method. If your booking was paid via UPI/scan code rather than our online payment gateway, we will contact you to collect your account/UPI details to process the refund manually, since such payments cannot be refunded automatically.
2.4. No other methods accepted: We do not accept cancellation requests through oral communication, phone calls, offline methods, WhatsApp, or text messages. All cancellation requests must be submitted through the online process above.
2.5. Invoices with a prior date modification are not eligible for cancellation: If you have previously applied for and been granted a date change/modification on your booking, that invoice is no longer eligible for cancellation under any circumstances. If a cancellation request is still submitted for such a booking, it will be rejected without any refund.
3.1. Timeline: Your cancellation request is reviewed by our team within 1-2 working days, and the refund is initiated as soon as it is approved.
3.2. Credit to Customer Account: Refunds are credited to the same account/payment method used to make the original payment. For bookings paid via UPI/scan code, the refund is sent manually to the UPI/bank details you provide after approval.
3.3. Credit Period: The refunded amount may take up to 15 days to reflect in your account. The exact duration may vary depending on your financial institution.
3.4. Notification: On completion of the review, you will automatically receive an email confirming whether your cancellation request was approved or rejected. If rejected, the email will state the reason. You will also receive a cancellation receipt by email once your request is confirmed - please keep this for your records.
3.5. If you do not receive your refund: If you do not receive your refund amount within 15 days of approval, please contact our team at 7643872131 within 17 days of your cancellation request, along with the cancellation receipt you received when your cancellation request was confirmed.
Please be aware that no refund will be provided under any circumstances other than those explicitly mentioned in this policy.
Manchala Mushafir reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
