Kashi Vishwanath Temple: Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Uttarkashi, is an ancient temple dedicated to lord shiva, located in the Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. It holds great spiritual significance; it was built by the sage Parshuram, and it is featured for its classical Himalayan style, built with wood. The main sanctum involves a unique Shivlinga along with statues of Goddess Parvati, lord ganesh, Kartikey Dev and Nandi Dev.
