About Haridwar

Haridwar is one of the seven holiest destinations in India, located in the state of Uttarakhand in the Himalayan hills. It is also known as the gateway of the Char Dham yatra, Do Dham Yatra and Kedarnath yatra and hence the “Gateway to the Gods.” It is also one of the four sites where the Kumbh Mela is held every 12 years.
