Most trekkers cover this route over two days, with Bantoli serving as the common overnight halt — basic guesthouses and homestays are available there, as well as at Ransi and Gaundar, with simple, freshly cooked, mostly vegetarian meals. The trail itself is well-paved for most of its length and stays largely downhill until Bantoli, before climbing steadily for the final stretch to the temple.
