Day 2:Dehradun to Yamnotri
The blessed Chardham Yatra will begin in the morning from the Dehradun Sahatradhara Helipad by flying to Kharsali Helipad (for Yamunotri Temple). Travel from Kharsali helipad to temple is a 6 kilometers stretch which will be covered by Pony/ Palki or Trek. The trek is difficult and takes approximately 06 hours to complete the darshan and return back.
After darshan we come back to Kharsali for sightseeing and an Overnight stay.

The Temple is approx. 500 meters away from helipad and will take approx. 15 min to reach. Our representative will accompany the group and lead us for the VIP darshan in Kedarnath temple. After darshan and Poojan, the group will fly back to Sersi helipad.

We will have lunch and Passengers can visit Kalimath/ Vishwanath Mandir & Overnight stay at Guptkashi located at the banks of the river Mandakini.

Overweight charges are applicable @ INR 2,500/kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg. But excess weight will only be calculated on the total excess weight above the total permissible weight of all the group members combined, i.e., permissible weight = 75 Kg x (No. of pax). Any discrepancy found in the weights of the passengers, which will be chargeable as per the overweight criteria, the same would be collected prior to boarding of flights.

Pilgrims need to carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be carried in the helicopter. We encourage using our travel bag.
All temples in chardham are located at high altitude areas. Pilgrims are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available at medical shops.
Passengers have to submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, passengers would be de-boarded & cancelled for the Helitour without any refund.
