Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Manchala Mushafir, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to provide clear and fair refund policies. Please review our refund policy below to understand the conditions under which refunds will be provided.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Full Payment Refunds:
• 100% refund is available if you cancel your trip at least 15 days before the starting date of the trip.
• 93% refund is available if you cancel your trip between 15 days and 7 days before the starting date of the trip.
• 70% refund is available if you cancel your trip between 7 days and 4 days before the starting date of the trip.
• No refund will be provided thereafter (i.e 3 days to 0 days of the trip).

1.2 Partial Payment Refunds:
• 100% refund is available if you cancel your trip at least 15 days before the starting date of the trip.
• 75% refund is available if you cancel your trip between 15 days and 7 days before the starting date of the trip.
• No refund will be provided thereafter (i.e 6 days to 0 days of the trip).

2. Refund Request Procedure

2.1. Send a Cancellation / Date Change Request: You must send a cancellation or date change request from the email given at the time of billing to cancellation@manchalamushafir.com. Requests sent from any other email id will not be accepted.

2.2. Provide Details: Your cancellation request should include your account details and a copy of the Manchala Mushafir invoice.
Note: Cancellation request for any invoice earlier applied for date change will not be entertained under any circumstances.

2.3. No Other Methods Accepted: Please note that we will not accept cancellation requests through oral communication, phone calls, offline methods, WhatsApp, or text messages. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

3. Refund Processing

3.1. Timeline: Refund payments will be processed on the next working day following the receipt and verification of your cancellation request.

3.2. Credit to Customer Account: Refunds will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made.

3.3. Credit Period: The refunded amount may be credited to your account in up to 7 days. The exact duration may vary depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Please be aware that no refund will be provided under any circumstances other than those explicitly mentioned in this policy.

5. Changes to this Refund Policy

Manchala Mushafir reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
