As per recent restrictions, mobile phones are strictly prohibited to preserve the sanctity of the site

Now, private vehicles need a Green Card, allotted by the Uttarakhand Transport Department

As per recent guidelines of the Badri-Kedar temple committee, entry into the Kedarnath temple is barred to Non-Hindus. Now they need to submit a faith declaration certificate confirming their faith in Sanatan Dharma.
